Refund policy

Because all products are made to order through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There was a printing error

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed.
